LiaoPastel
1、 Directly register a membership club account on LiaoPastel. When you register a membership club account on LiaoPastel, you need to fill in your mobile phone number to complete the registration. After successful registration, you can also choose to fill in your nickname, birthday, gender, and email address. If you choose not to fill in the optional information, it will not affect your registration of the membership club account, but it may affect your membership club experience and the benefits and discounts you can enjoy according to the "Terms and Conditions of Membership Club Activities". For example, if you choose not to fill in your birthday, you will not be able to receive a free birthday drink coupon on the account review day when you become a Jade Star and Gold Star member; if you choose not to fill in your email address, you will not be able to receive various notifications we send via email.
2、 Register a membership club account on LiaoPastel through a third-party platform account. When you use your account registered on a third-party platform (such as Facebook, Android, IOS) to register a membership club account, we will obtain your information from the third-party platform with your authorized consent to complete the registration. The type of information we collect depends on the settings of the third-party platform, specifically involving the username, avatar, user ID of the third-party platform, birthday, mobile phone number, gender, and region saved under your account on the third-party platform; when you useApple ID to register a membership club account, we will obtain the name and email address saved under yourApple ID. If some of the above information is missing, we may supplement the information according to the situation of direct registration mentioned above. If you choose not to authorize, you can still directly register a membership club account on LiaoPastel.
3、 Bind the membership club account with a third-party platform account on LiaoPastel. If you have already registered a membership club account and intend to bind your account registered on a third-party platform (such as Facebook, Android, IOS) with your membership club account, we will obtain the username, avatar, user ID of the third-party platform, birthday, mobile phone number, gender, and region saved under your account on the third-party platform with your authorized consent; if you bindApple ID with your membership club account, we will obtain the name and email address saved under yourApple ID. Not binding will not affect your membership club membership, but the LiaoPastel products and/or services you consume on the third-party platform will not be able to accumulate points in the membership club account.
4、 Browsing and using LiaoPastel.When you browse and use LiaoPastel, we will collect your device service log information, including:IP address, information about your internet service provider, operating system information,version information, the link that connects you to LiaoPastel, the URL of the visited page and the specific services and functions you browse or use, the language used, the date and time of access, and related device information (including the application installation list and IDFV). In addition, the SDK embedded in LiaoPastel will also collect relevant device information, the collection of which is detailed in Appendix 1 Third-Party SDK Description of this policy.
6、 On LiaoPastelusing online ordering service. When you use the online ordering service on LiaoPastel, we will collect yourorder information, store information, and your membership card usage information, as well as your precise geolocation information (with your authorized consent).
7、 On LiaoPastelpurchasing LiaoPastel products in the coffee shop. When you purchase LiaoPastel products in the coffee shop on LiaoPastel, we will collect your or your designated recipient's name, mobile phone number, delivery address, order information, and your membership card usage information, as well as your precise geolocation information (with your authorized consent).
8、 On LiaoPastelpurchasing or receiving cards or other goods. When you purchase and/or receive prepaid cards, we will collect the name of the card you purchased and/or received, the date you purchased and/or received the card, your card usage information, and your username.
9、 On LiaoPastelissuing invoices. When you apply for an invoice on LiaoPastel, we will collect the invoice title, email address, and other optional information you fill in (including mobile phone number, address, phone number, bank and bank account information).
10、 On LiaoPastelusing specific functions or experiencing specific effects. When you use specific functions or experience specific effects on LiaoPastel, we will collect your relevant device sensor information. We will only collect your sensor information in necessary specific scenarios, and the types of sensor information may vary in different scenarios: (1) When you participate in our interactive activities and quickly scan to identify target objects, we will collect your accelerometer information; (2) When you need to quickly open the membership club QR code and shake the device, we will collect your gyroscope information (only collected by LiaoPastel iOS version) and accelerometer information; (3) When you need to experience specific animation effects and shake the device, we will collect your gyroscope information (only collected by LiaoPastel iOS version), rotation vector sensor information, and magnetic field sensor information (only collected by LiaoPastel Android version), as well as accelerometer information; and (4) When you need to switch the playback video between portrait and landscape mode, we will collect your accelerometer information (only collected by LiaoPastel Android version).
11、 Account Deletion and User Data Removal. Users can delete their account and associated personal data at any time. To delete your account, please open the Membership App, navigate to the My Account tab, and press “Delete account”. This action is irreversible and permanently removes your user data from our systems.
To achieve related business functions and provide you with more convenient and higher quality LiaoPastel products and/or services, we will apply to you to enable the following permissions.

LiaoPastel Stores
When you purchase and/or use LiaoPastel products and/or services through LiaoPastel stores or other offline channels designated by LiaoPastel, if you use your Star Card and/or membership card, we will record your order information.
Others
1、 Participate in surveys. If you participate in customer surveys or interact with us in other ways, with your consent, we will collect relevant information from you. The type of information collected will be related to the content of the survey or the purpose and method of interaction, which may include your personal information.
2、 Participate in activities. If you participate in specific activities organized or conducted by us, with your consent, we will collect information related to those activities from you (for example, information provided to participate in member club activities or recipient and mailing address information collected to send you gifts).
3、 Customer service communication. If you contact our customer service, inquire about matters related to the purchase or use of LiaoPastel products and/or services, or request after-sales service or dispute resolution, you may need to provide necessary personal information so that we can answer or resolve your issues as soon as possible. We will also retain necessary records of customer service communications.
4、 Job applications. If you wish to apply for a job opportunity at LiaoPastel, you need to submit your resume, which will contain your personal information, so that we can understand your personal background, contact you, and complete the recruitment process.
How do we handle your personal information?
LiaoPastel processes the personal information we collect for the purposes stated in this policy, including the following:
(1) Accepting and processing your orders and payments, and delivering the corresponding LiaoPastel products and/or services;

If LiaoPastel needs to use your personal information for other purposes or uses not specified in this policy, LiaoPastel will seek your consent before using and processing your personal information (except in cases where laws and regulations provide otherwise).
How do we useCookies, web beacons, and similar technologies?
We may useCookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect usage information of the LiaoPastel website and/or LiaoPastel.

1. Third-partySDK:To provide and optimize our services, LiaoPastel and LiaoPastel WeChat Mini Programembed third-partySDKs. These third-partySDKscollect your personal information while assisting us in providing more comprehensive services. All the aforementioned information will be transmitted in a de-identified manner. We will take necessary measures to control the collection and use of your personal information by these third-partySDKsto ensure effective protection of your personal information. 2. To comply with applicable laws and regulations, and to protect the rights, property, or safety of you or other LiaoPastel customers, LiaoPastel and its employees, we may provide your personal information to government agencies, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement agencies.
Information Transfer
Without your prior consent, LiaoPastel will not transfer your personal information collected by us to third parties. However, if LiaoPastel is involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or restructuring for other reasons, LiaoPastel may transfer your personal information to the parties involved in the above transactions. If such an event occurs, we will require the parties receiving and holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this policy. Before transferring your personal information, we will send you an appropriate notice, informing you of the name or identity and contact information of the recipient, and ensuring that your personal information will be protected in a manner consistent with this policy. Protection of Minors
LiaoPastel values and is committed to protecting the privacy of minors under the age of 18 (hereinafter referred to as "Minors"), and does not intend to collect personal information from minors. However, since providing a date of birth is not required for using LiaoPastel products and/or services, we may not be able to identify the age of users in some cases. Therefore, minors should not register an account (including a membership club account) or provide us with their name, contact address, phone number, or other personal information.
What communications will club members receive?
If you are a club member, to ensure the normal operation of the club activities and protect your rights under the Star Enjoy Card and club account, we will send you communications about your Star Enjoy Card, club account, and/or communications specifically for club members (see the "Terms and Conditions of Club Activities" for details) (hereinafter referred to as "Club Communications"). If you refuse to receive such communications, according to the terms and conditions you agreed to when registering your club account, please apply to LiaoPastel to terminate the club account.
If you are a club member, you have the right to choose whether to receive other communications (including promotional information related to LiaoPastel products and/or services) sent to you by LiaoPastel or LiaoPastel's suppliers through the contact information you provided, except for club communications, through the LiaoPastel website or LiaoPastel.
If you do not wish to receive such other communications, please contact LiaoPastel through the LiaoPastel official website or LiaoPastel, Log in to your Member Club account, Go to the relevant page to set your"Newsletter Subscription Options"。For LiaoPastel's official website, Please manage it on the"My Account"-"Manage My Account"-"Settings" page. For LiaoPastel, please choose whether to turn off "Subscribe to Communications" on the"My"-"Settings"-"Messages and Privacy"-"Subscribe to Communications" page to manage notifications related to Starbucks Rewards or new promotionsAfter turning off such notifications, you will no longer receive notifications of Starbucks Rewards or promotions, but you can still receive member club communications to protect your relevant rights and interests.
How to Manage Personalized Push Notifications
In order to provide you with more convenient, higher quality, and more tailored services, we will use your personal information and algorithms to provide you with personalized content display and recommendations for related products, services, or activities in LiaoPastel products and/or services (for example: recommendations based on your preferences on the LiaoPastel splash screen, homepage pop-ups, homepage top content display, and sections such as "Star Points Brighten Every Day" and "Messages", as well as coupons and other activity information provided to you via SMS and in-app push notifications, hereinafter referred to as "Personalized Push Notifications").
In the process of achieving the above personalized push notifications, we may use information about your purchases and usage of LiaoPastel products and/or services, including your membership club information, consumption information in your membership club account, and other related information about your use of LiaoPastel products and/or services (such as browsing history), to conduct comprehensive statistics, analysis, and understanding of your preference characteristics through information systems and algorithms, ultimately achieving the effect of personalized push notifications based on your preference characteristics.
You can manage personalized push notifications independently. If you do not wish to receive such personalized push notifications, please go to the "My" - "Settings" - "Messages and Privacy" - "Personalized Settings" page in LiaoPastel and click the "Turn off Personalized Recommendations" button to manage it. After turning off the "Personalized Push Notifications" feature, we will no longer display personalized content and recommendations based on your preferences on the relevant pages or sections within LiaoPastel, but will only push general content or recommendations to you on those pages or sections.
How to query or modify your personal information?
You can query and modify your personal information according to the following guidelines.
LiaoPastel Official Website: On the "My Account"-"Manage My Account" page, you can query or modify your personal information.
LiaoPastel App: On the "My"-Click on the avatar to query or modify your personal information.
You can supplement your birthday information after registering a membership club account. To ensure that you can enjoy the relevant benefits and discounts according to the "Terms and Conditions of Club Activities", the birthday information you submit cannot be modified.
On the LiaoPastel official website and LiaoPastel app, membership club members can modify the username of the account, but it can only be modified once.
For other LiaoPastel activities you participate in, the information that can be queried and modified, as well as the methods of querying and modifying, are subject to the terms and conditions you agreed to when participating in the LiaoPastel activity.
How can you copy your personal information?
You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal information. If you need to obtain a copy of the personal information we have collected about you, you can go to the "My" - "Settings" - "Messages and Privacy" - "Personal Information Download" page in LiaoPastel, or you can contact us at any time by clicking on "My Customer Service" in LiaoPastel or through the contact information listed in the "Questions and Feedback" section of this policy. We will provide you with a copy of your personal information according to your request, provided it complies with relevant legal requirements and is technically feasible.
How to delete your personal information or cancel your account?
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information under the following circumstances: (1) We no longer provide products or services to you; (2) We do not have a legal basis to collect your personal information, or you withdraw your consent; (3) We process your personal information in violation of our agreement with you; (4) You cancel your account; (5) We collect or use personal information in violation of laws and regulations. If you wish to cancel your membership club account, you can go to the LiaoPastel"My"-"Settings"-"Account and Security" page, click the "Cancel Account" button and submit the account cancellation request. You can also contact us through the contact information listed in the "Questions and Feedback" section of this policy, and cancel your account with the help of customer service. After you cancel your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, unless otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations.
How to withdraw your consent?
For the personal information we collect based on your consent, you can give or withdraw your consent at any time. You can change the scope of your authorization for us to continue collecting your personal information or withdraw your authorization by deleting information, turning off device functions, or contacting us through the contact information listed in the "Questions and Feedback" section of this policy. If you are a club member, we will store your personal information related to the club for the duration of your club account and for a reasonable period thereafter, unless applicable laws and regulations have mandatory requirements for the storage period of such information.
Where is your personal information stored?
The personal information we collect in Spain will be stored within Spain.
To manage our global business and ensure our service standards, we will only transfer the personal information we collect to countries and regions outside of Spain, or allow access to personal information stored in Spain from countries and regions outside of Spain, when necessary and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. We will fulfill our obligations for cross-border transfer of personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and ensure that the recipient protects your personal information to a level not lower than that stipulated in this policy through contractual agreements and other means.
